Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from Edu-Sci Ltd. and its suppliers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Edu-Sci Ltd. reserves the rights to alter product descriptions and product prices with out giving prior notice to potential or existing customers. We also reserve the rights to update an error on a price on processed orders, in this case the customer will be contacted as soon as possible.
